Our Mission

I am passionate about helping women prioritize their health by showing them how impactful strength training and making small lifestyle changes can be.

How It Works

We will focus on fitness and nutrition together in a supportive, knowledge-based environment

  • You can exercise in the privacy and convenience of your own home, using equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands, and you will have a trained professional to guide you along the way

  • I will provide collaborative, personalized nutritional coaching - for instance, helping you identify and add some healthy items to your weekly grocery list that you enjoy 

  • Body Recomposition: your total body weight is just a number, and as shown in a growing body of research, not a very useful one. The more important numbers are muscle mass and body fat. We will work together to increase your muscle and decrease your body fat, which will allow you to lose inches and better see the muscles we are building!

  • Gain Confidence: By lifting weight, you will feel stronger, and by learning how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, you will gain confidence

Trisha’s personality is so well suited to coaching! She’s upbeat, calm, supportive, and there to guide you. You’ll leave a workout feeling, I don’t even know how to describe other than maybe, grounded. I’m a 46 year old woman, and I’ve had a heck of a time with perimenopause. But, once I got more strength and better nutrition, the severe cramps and low back pain are so, so much better. And it’s a bonus that I just bought the skimpiest bikini I’ve ever owned. Gotta show off those abs I’ve never had before in my life! I’ve lost 10 pounds, including 8.8 pounds of fat. And I can throw around groceries and laundry like they’re nothing! I’ve learned that small changes can make a massive difference. During the pandemic my husband and I, like I think a lot of people in our demographic, started drinking way too much — really, every night. Trisha suggested a set schedule of two nights of no drinking. That was the little step we needed. We now no longer drink during the week at all, and we don’t miss it.
